Qulity Control for Rock-fill dam in U.S.?? 2

Now, I will work on a project of Rock fill dam/embankment.
But does anyone have any idea as to where we can get any translation of U.S. standards for design or quality control of rock fill embankment?

as far as translations, what language? You will likely have to have it translated into any other languages desired.

I'm in China now. I need a Chinese translation. But if no, I can translate it to. It doesn't matter..
