"Nice" gte automation Mindy A824

hey guys, tried looking in the manual but cant find what fuse ratings should be used on a Mindy A824 Circuit board i know F3 and F2 are 5A 20mm fuses but what would F1 be protecting the 230V side?

Any ideas?
