Railway surcharge load (Australia)

Does anyone here know how much surcharge load is for railway in Australia and where can I find the information in the standards? Thank you.

Ask the local RR which owns the track and/or their connecting mainline RR, they may have their own standards for these loads, which might be higher than a national std. And, they kinda want a say about what goes on around their track, before they dump a couple engines into your bsmt.
