RAM Frame - Design Fy for Horizontal Brace

I'm doing lateral analysis and designing a building in RAM Structural System. As some portion of the building is existing, I changed steel properties to unknown, i.e. "?" for all structural elements to accommodate unusual fy values. Still, only for horizontal braces, RAM Frame uses a Design fy of 0.10 MPa rather than the assigned fy of 300 MPa. I checked the capacities manually but still wanted to know how to resolve this issue.
