Hi Guys,
a while ago I made a post, thread561-404937 about laser cutting a tube. I now need the side faces of the cut section not normal to the thickened sheet body. Previously I was sketching the profile, wrapping it, thickening it and this was working perfectly. Now I need to change the side face angle (off axis cutting, not normal to sheet body))
could anyone tell me how I would do this?

many thanks!

cheers, James

Sketch the profile, extrude it, subtract it from the tube, apply a draft feature to the resulting cut to get the desired side angle.
