Hi, i need suggestion of references deals with structural design of foundation for vibration, and structural design of piles and pile caps..
" Not critical; preferably follow European Standards; if not that's fine"

Okay, none of my reference are for the Euro Standards. But, I did a lot of research on this topic when my old company (RISA Technologies before the corporate overlords took it over) added time history analysis:

1) ACI 351.3R-04: Foundations for Dynamic Equiupment

2) Foundations for Industrial Machines & E-Quake effects, KG Bhatia

3) Foundations for Vibrating Machines, Prakash & Puri

4) Dynamic Analysis & Stuctural Design of Turbine Generator Foundations, Livshits

5) Gazetas, G, Analysis of Machine Foundation Vibrations, 1983

Note: I don't have all these references anymore as many of them were owned by the company and stayed there when I left. [sad]

The more I think of it, the more I realize that none of them (even the ACI document) are really "code based". They're more focused on behavior such as: How do you model the dynamic properties of the soil? How do you model the damping? How do you model the dynamic forces from the equipment?
