Regarding RT requirement for shell to curb angle joint in API 650 storage tanks

In our project we have shell to curb angle with butt weld configuration as below.

Radiographic requirements applicable for shell to curb angle butt joints
horizontal welds as per API 650 section as per API 650 section 8.1.2.2 and
Curb angle to curb angle vertical welds as per API 650 section 8.1.2.2. or
Radiography requirement not applicable for this joint.
Kindly clarify the same.

It is clarified in 8.1.1 that the top angle weld does not require radiography.
