These documents seem to be hard to track on the internet. I'll keep the file there as long as I keep that account.
I would have made the public-license copy of AR-MMPDS-01 available there, too, but for lack of space for that HUGE file.

I learned all about the various versions of Nasgro--free and otherwise--around four years ago. Let me see what I can recall/locate.

FLAGRO was the predecessor of NASGRO. I don't think free NASGRO is available anymore, but FLAGRO is. FLAGRO is a very effective, reliable, and citable program. Google should get you to it.
