Hi friends
Sometimes I encounter with models that contains detailed features. These features won’t appear clearly on drawing views and prints. Also it slow down PC performance in Drafting Application. It concerns with the huge number of adjacent edges in drawing view. I want to show these views with a simple feature instead.
Is it possible to design a simple feature instead, which could be shown in Drafting?
Can Reference Sets comes to play in such problem?
Any suggestion?

Special thanks

Reference sets would only work if you only want to show the "simplified" version.
You can only show 1 reference set on a drawing.

What you could do is have a look et "Render Sets". this might provide you with what you are looking for.

Another option would be to create a kind of simplified model with all detail features removed. Create an arrangement which shows this model only (suppress all other features).
On a drawing you can show multiple arrangements.

hi Ronald
thanks for response.

I think second method is more applicable for this issue.
