Hi All,

Has anyone knowledge of, or experience with, a North American foundry that can supply a one-off, custom, non-standard pressure part, complete with a Manufacturer's Partial Data Report or U-Stamp, for a SA-351 CF8M casting (~110 lbs)? The casting is to be a component of a registered VIII-1 pressure vessel.

Qualified foundry names, phone numbers, or web links gratefully received.

The first link is to a company that I've used numerous times with no problems. My jobs were small quantities so I would check on their one-off capabilities.

The second link is to a service company that has the connections to get you component made.

Either company should put you on the right track if they no quote. Watch out for long lead times and in the same vain don't expect overnight service.

Thanks UncleSyd, I'll check them both out. I very much appreciate your help and time. All the best, Howie
