Hello all,

When I insert a revision table (SW2010) into a drawing, by default the first row simply says REVISIONS, with the second row containing all of the column headings ZONE, REV, DESCRIPTION etc.

I want to remove the first row but cant figure out how.
Does anyone know a way I can achieve this?
I can't find an option to delete or hide it.

I also note that by default the table contains a hidden row, which can be shown by clicking just below the positioning arrows in the top left corner of the table.
This row states REVISION TABLE.

I don't understand why either of these rows need to exist.
It would be like having a field in the title block that says "TITLE BLOCK".

Thanks

Thanks Chris, but that was the very first thing I tried.

For the first (and second) rows, right clicking on the row number and selecting delete only provides options to delete the entire table, or strangely, delete a column.
Neither have the desired effect.
Any other rows, and all columns can be deleted as per standard.

Pressing the delete key will only delete the text entries. Not the row itself.

Were you able to delete the first row as per your suggestion?

Thanks

Click the double-chevron below the crossed arrows icon.

Chris,
Thanks for the links.
The 3rd one got me excited, but unfortunately was unsuccessful, like the others.

Limey, that is an interesting one.
By default my table (the SW default table) is of similar layout, but has the chevrons pointing upwards. Double clicking will only cause yet another unwanted row to appear.

What version of SW was that table from?

Thanks

Thats handy to know.
All this time I've been wasting the clicks remaining in my index finger :)
Unfortunately though the result was the same.
A second unwanted row appears.

Thanks for the file Limey.
It does exactly what I wanted.
Greatly appreciated.

Out of interest, what SW version?
I have 2010 SP3.1

Thanks again
