Dowes anyone happen to know if the figures quoted in 'Estimator’s Piping Man Hour Manual'by John S Page for welding, fitting, erecting etc include the amount of time for any reworks of pipe systems? If it doesnt then how do you calculate the amount for this? Such as weld failures, non level pipes etc.

I would doubt that they do. Generally a good quality control program up front cuts down on the amount of rework that is needed to be done. If you didn't invest in that, then past experience might tell you how much you have to do over, and you could calculate based on that.
