Rigid PVC sheet line shrinkage issue need HELP

We bought a used AMUT rigid pvc sheet line for blisters and we are having an issue with shrinkage in machine direction which is more than 10 percent and since we are new in this field we are unable to solve this problem.
If anyone can help me in this regard.

If you want any useful answers you need to provide more information. How and where are you observing (measuring)this shrinkage and what problems is it causing.

Sounds like too much wind up tension that imparts excessive orientation to the sheet.
