Romi M Series Lathe with Fanuc 21i

Does anyone have experience using the conversational control on a Romi M series lathe? Have a new M20 and can not get fillets and chamfers to match input parameters, no matter what the tooling offsets. Have seemingly tried everyhting. Unfortunately our dealer has a great understanding of the G-Code side, but not the conversational part.

Hi MWOZ,

dont let the dealer side step this issue. They have someone that can help. otherwise they wouldnt have conversational. try contacting another dealer or the factory engineers.
