Roof shed Steel Framing using rafters only on one direction 1

the roof slope is around 0.9%, rafters are channels with purlins resting on top of it then roof sheet on the very top. Im assuming the wind will act on the slope side, along the direction of the rafters.
Is it necessary to put rafters on both directions for some sort of stability or the current setup will be fine on its own?

Wind can act in any direction. What you have is an essentially flat roof. So wind load up, or wind load down.

Your main stability issue is lateral. How are you going to brace it?

im thinking of using angles like in the photo in here.

How about the rafters? by practice, is it necessary to place them on both directions?

Sorry, but I won't help you to do the actual design. If you are a structural engineer, this should be bread and butter. My comment about bracing was mostly about bracing in the vertical planes, so that your shed does not fall over.
