RSEmulate can use a PC COM port as though it was the controller's Channel 0 port in either User Mode (with ASCII instructions) or in System Mode (for DF1 or DH485 protocol).
It's all described in the Help file and configured through the Settings drop-down menu.
Let put my doubt in another words, there is a way to read data from my pc com port( #1) and transfer to internal register maybe, N7:0 or anyone. I need read this data in RSLogix 500 running Emulator 500.

You must implement a protocol in the microcontroller that the SLC-500 understands. With the Emulate 500 controller, your options are ASCII or DF1 Full Duplex.
