RS logix Online Resource

[Macbeth]

Please help with the following message.
"Online Edit Resourse Can not be obtained from processor"
I recive this error when trying to edit online.

CPU is SLC 5/04 Useing DH+
Allow Online edits is checked in the program file.
What else could cause this.

The program maybe password protected, or it maybe lock by another user on the network.
