Hi, would like to fashion something akin to exercise flexbars but rather than what is available prseently (ie, straight) I would like to mould the rubber to a particular shape. Can anybody suggest a type of rubber (or analogous material) that comes in varying rigidity, can be poured/moulded and would be suitable for this purpose?

FYI I thought rubber materials forum would be proper location but I am not able to post there.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Two-pack polyurethane (PU).

Google for more info.
