I want to take product quality samples from a piping system where pressures go up 100 bar (at 90 gradC). Does anybody has experience with fluid sampling valves / methods at high pressures? How can I take a save product sample?
You should consider a sample cooler (material dependent upon your sample chemistry, temp, etc.), possibly a small pressure regulator, and/or a flow control valve --
we used Sentry equipment -- I am familiar with it (
There are several industry leaders in sampling. Just to introduce a level playing field, Cliff Mock out of Houston gives a vast array of sampling techniques, field support and North American sales. They can be reached at telephone number (281) 821-1595.
In particular, their isokinetic samplers are industrial leaders in comparison to others in the field. The trade name "Tru Cut" comes to mind.

They make sampling (analyser)valves which can be used even at inlet pressures 6000 psi (approx.400bar)and downstream pressure as low as atmosperic.
Hi there,
As some one mentioned above double block and bleed I would make it more specific of my choice; a valve based on 2 valve desgin, consiting of two shut of valves (block valves and one test porst); its not a three valve manifold;
its available from Parker hannifn; will realy work well on your budget!! Post your choice later on..
