Save objects into a separate file

Hello everyone!

Is there a way to save the selected faces/objects in a separate model file? Let's say I've selected some faces using the Face Collector of the Block UI Styler and want to save them as a separate file in the backgroud. Or the same operation, but using the Select Object and selecting the bodies. What would be the way to go?

You may try export selected objects to new part. File-EXPORT->PRT
