Scaling Model

Hi Guys,

I am trying to scale the over all model. i.e. if my model size is 5mm I want to make it 5.04, slightly bigger but when I choose the option scale Body and input scale factor to 1.04 it gives me random values not .04 offset !!!

Appreciate for your help guys.

I am using NX 8.5.2.3.

the feature explains itself, it's scale so 5.04/5=1.008

and if you can't find the how to actually do the scale, then go into your command finder and enter scale
Help -> Command Finder

You mention the term 'offset' in your description of what you're trying to do. Please keep in mind that 'scaling' and 'offsetting' are two totally different concepts. And as Michaël has already alluded to, 'scaling' involves multiplying/dividing by a 'factor' while 'offsetting' is adding/subtracting a 'value'.
