Dear all,

We have a sectional blade of screw conveyor
The dimension is :
Inner diameter 88.9 mm
Outer diameter 229 mm
Pitch 229 mm

Does anybody knows how to draw the cuting plan of that sectional blade ?

for information, cuting plan drawing is a drawing for worker to made ( work order drawing )

Thanks before

are you talking about the flat pattern? (the shape that needs to be cut from sheet, for subsequent forming) or are you talking about how to communicate what you need to end up with? if it's the latter, add the material type & thickness to your specs above, and you're basically there.

Yes, what I meant was the flat pattern on a sheet of plate with 6 mm thikness that needs to be cut off for blade forming.

I already used phytagora's formula to find out the dimension for the cuting plan drawing but after we have cut from the sheet, the shape does not good enough compare with design shape and dimension.

Thank's for your kindly help

This appears to be a standard 9" diameter full pitch flight for 3.5" pipe shaft. Need to determine right or left hand. Should be available from your closest friendly screw conveyor dealer / seller. Making the flights from a flat plate is a bit of a trick; probably easier to buy them. There was another thread on this recently.
