Seeking Performance Curve for KSB AJAX MEGA M80-250 Pump

Hello everyone,

I am looking for technical documentation or the performance curve for an older pump model: the KSB AJAX MEGA M80-250, equipped with a 266 mm impeller. This pump has been in service for many years, and I understand it may be discontinued. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to locate any records or archives online.

If anyone has access to:

1. The performance curve,
2. Technical manuals, or
3. Information on where I could find these resources,

I would greatly appreciate your assistance!

Just Google Ksb ajax mega m80_250 booklet you will find manual and curves for the entire series. Document under Scrib

Hi Pierre, thank you for your suggestion. I wouldn’t be asking here if I hadn’t already tried what you mentioned. The issue is that this pump series is quite old, and finding the manual or curves has been difficult. I’ve also reached out to KSB directly, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response. I’ve been searching for this information for over two weeks now, so any other leads or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I believe (and I stand to be corrected) that it is the same impeller/casing as what they call the MegaCPK, so the attached are the 50Hz and 60Hz curves. However, do your due diligence to confirm, or just use this as rough guideline, as it's unlikely that the performance would be radically different.
