Sheet Pile Design Problem

Hello. I'm having difficulty figuring out the penetration depth for this cantilevered sheet wall design. The two different friction angles of the sand are throwing me off. According to CWalsht (a sheet wall program) the penetration depth should be 26.59 feet. Any help would be appreciated.

That seems like insufficient embedment for a cantilever sheet pile wall. Do the calculations by hand to double check what the program is giving you.

Check for 32 degrees for both layers and 30 degrees for both layers. Answer is in the middle. Or just 30 degree case and call it a day. You can probably find that case in Arcelor Mital handbook.
