How can I model single element model to check my material properties?

There are multiple examples of single element tests in Abaqus Verification Guide (for different element types and material models). You can download input files from there.

I need a reinforced concrete slab with CDP

There are two main ways to model RC slab in Abaqus:
- assign concrete material properties to solid part of the model, place beam elements with steel properties inside the solid part and apply embedded region constraint to connect these two
- assign concrete material properties to shell part of the model, define rebar layer with steel properties

Various example from the documentation should show you how to prepare such an analysis.

I know.
I want to verify with single element model.
I searched in the verification guide but i didnt find.
Isnt matter to me which element type, only to see concrete's behavior

There are some files in the Verification Guide for example with concrete damaged plasticity model. Add reinforcement to this and you should be able to get the desired result.
