Does anyone have experience with Solid Edge Simulation?

what type of file formats will it accept? .stp, iges, parasolid, or just SolidEdge files?
hoping maybe a NX file being there both Siemens

Dear JC1981,
SOLID EDGE SIMULATION do not import any FEA or CFD data from NX, you can import only geometry, say native *.prt, or Parasolid *.X_T, step, etc..
You need to define the full FEA model in SOLID EDGE SIMULATION: preparae geometry, mesh, apply loads & boundary conditions and solve, and finally postprocess results.
For CFD you have FloEFD for SOLID EDGE: exactly the same procedure.
