Does the Forum have any experience with Solvent recovery ?
I'm looking for the BAT ( Best Available Techniques )

We spray a Silane bonding agent, heavily diluted with Ethanol. (25%S / 75%E)
This is carried out in an automated spraying machine

A very high proportion of the atomised spray is carried away in the exhaust to atmosphere.
This has a high VOC content, which is an issue for us.

I would like to reduce / recover the Ethanol content.

Any thoughts ?

Thanks in advance

It sounds like you need a 'Scrubber'. You can do a 'search' here on Eng-Tips with over a thousand threads on the subject and 3 FAQs.
