Hi everyone,
I am working as a Mechanical Site Engineer.
and I have a 2 questions,
-1st question
Consider a mechanical room which has 6-7m elevation.
We have our High Level upright sprinklers.
and we also have ducts which have width of higher than 80cm
Suppose these 2 horizontal ducts are in the same vertical axis.
So, what should be the minimum vertical distance between these 2 ducts in order to protect them by installing sprinklers between them.
-2nd question,
What should be the minimum distance of ( min 80cm width ) duct from the ground in order to protect the duct by installating sprinklers under it?
I have searched NFPA but i could not find the answer of my questions.
Thank you.
