Can anyone explain why I am getting these errors when trying to define member properties using an external user table (*.UPT)? And how to resolve it?

**ERROR- CHECK NUMBER OF PARAMETERS ENTERED OR SYNTAX IN UTABLE.

**ERROR- IN READING MEMBER PROPERTIES. CHECK DATA FORMAT CAREFULLY.

I am using STAAD.Pro CONNECT edition. And the UPT file was created "automatically" using the Section Wizard (File --> export...) and is saved in the same location as the STD file. The following are the only references to the user table in the input file (*.STD):

...
START USER TABLE
TABLE 1 Sections-Orford.upt
...
MEMBER PROPERTY
1 UPT 1 CompExt
2 UPT 1 CompInt
...

Contents of UPT file is as follows:

UNIT INCHES
PRISMATIC
W33x130
38.2905 6710.0 218.0 7.370 0.0 0.0 33.08660 11.50790
CompInt

STD & UPT files are attached (staad.zip).

You've got massively large IX values for those members. This is blowing STAAD's mind. I took out "e+43" from the two properties and it ran.
