Hello all - I use magnetic bolt drivers to fasten screws on a production line, but just recently switched to stainless screws. Magnetic bits + Stainless = big mess.

Does anyone know of a solution to secure hex-head screws to a driver without using magnets? McMaster has Posi-Grip handhelds, but I need an attachment for a torque-limited driver.

Thanks!

Your message is not clear. Do you have screws with are externally driven or internally driven (i.e., do you need a bit or socket)?

Is your torque-limited driver a machine tool or a hand tool?

Cory

Thanks for the follow-up, guys.
Re: bit/socket - We can use either. The screws are slotted with hex heads.
Re: Tool size - hand tool

Looks like I have some good direction with the vac lines - might look into a spring clamp system as well.

Thanks for your time!
