Steam Turbine Parameters

I'm a new recruit at a thermal power plant. I want to read on different steam turbine parameters like absolute expansion, eccentricity, key phasor, soaking times, start-up curve, differential expansion and how to make sense of these changing parameters during start-up etc. Any documents would be appreciated. My questions
