STL Export problems

We are having an occasional problem when exporting a STL file. The STL file contains a second, mirrored version of the part. The mirrored body doesn't completely line up. Saving out as a parasolids then exporting the STL takes care of the problem. Just wondering if others have seen this.

Try setting the STL export setting.

Which STL setting?

Incidentally, we are able to export other STL models fine, this just happened twice, both with SWX 2010.

While saving as STL, click on options and check the STL export settings
