It will be interesting to see some of the other comments.
Either would likely be acceptable to me. Fabricated to me would likely be preferred but might be significantly more expensive. Castings are suspectible to internal voids but inspection, NDT and your hydrotest should ensure you get a product which can withstand your pressures. No concerns with brittle failure at these temperatures and while the pressure is high, I wouldn't think it should be a problem.
However, I'm a process engineer and while I specify the design conditions, flow rates and straining levels, the mechanical engineers I work with tend to pick forgings, castings, etc.
