Stream protect

In our steel plant we have problems with hydrogen pickup and inclusions, which (some) probably comes during casting. Our expectation (request) is totally protect the liquid stream during ingot bottom casting. Maybe the best solution is the system for the argon shrouding!? Today we have something to prevent the stream, but it is not satisfactory. What are yours suggestions, maybe you know any company who has the sistem for stream protect with argon shrounding or anything alse.
