Structural Shop Drawings

Our firm has in the past provided schematic
shop drawings to clients, to assist in their
takeoff and estimating for construction bid.

We're looking to streamline our operation
and out-source that service to a CAD shop.

What is an appropriate cost structure for
taking structural layout drawings and then
doodling up individual members' geometry and
net weight, so a contractor can price the job?

And what is the cost structure for full-out
detailed shop drawings, stick-by-stick sheets
with complete materials list? Hand or CAD??

Getting $100/T in R14 CAD quotes. (W. Coast)
Is that good, bad or ugly?
