Is the suction pressure of a pump, the static pressure, dynamic pressure , hydrostatic pressure or total pressure at the inlet of pump? Or I cannot relate the suction pressure to those pressure?

Suction pressure = suction surface pressure + static suction pressure - suction friction pressure
Total pressure = static pressure + dynamic pressure + hydrostatic pressure

I apologize for answering this 'stupid' question. Thank you if anyone provide answer to me.

Dynamic Pressure is implied when the fluid has a velocity. If a bullet travelling at a certain velocity V, suddenly hits a wall and stops immediately stopped some sort of mark should be left on the wall, is that right?. That pressure it has exerted is the result of the transformation of the "velocity form" of energy (kinetic) into a "pressure form" of energy. That's a way to look at the concept behind the dynamic pressure of a particle.

For a fluid particle: Total Pressure = Static Pressure + Dynamic Pressure

For pumps in general, when we refer to inlet/outlet pressure, we implicitly refer to "total" pressure. Strictly speaking you should specify what quantity you are referring to or measuring in all cases. But this language simplification can be commonly accepted provided you have understood the physical concept behind it.

By referring to you statement, "when we refer to inlet/outlet pressure, we implicitly refer to "total" pressure" and "Total Pressure = Static Pressure + Dynamic Pressure", is the dynamic pressure being considered when calculating the suction pressure of a pump?

Suction pressure = suction surface pressure + static suction pressure - suction friction pressure

Is there any pressure in calculation of suction pressure, the dynamic pressure?

Thank you.
