Sulfure recovery in SRU

Folks.
Is there any available spreadsheet for the calculation of the sulfur recovery in a SRU , i am asking this because different results has been used from engineering compared to operation

We have had a lot of challenges in obtaining a representative measurement of sour gas flowrate&composition. Such task has required a cooperation of motivated and competent specialists from different operation departments and still we have had to do a series of step-by-step modifications untill reports from a field team eventually became close to mass balance.
I recommend to start with this point.

You'll need to review you process flow diagram and the material-energy balance calculations for your process.
It is a bit more complicated than a spreadsheet calculation.

The problem is that both sides of the equation consist of several components and chemical form.
