surface from a cloud of points

Hi all,
i need to reconstruct some surfaces from a given cloud of points.
I'm not finding the right way to do it.
I use digitized shape editor, import the cloud... and then?
Is it possibile without having the Quick surface reconstruction? i'm using V5R7.

Use Mesh creation function to create the mesh
Create planar section with specific distances
Create curve from scans

Then use GSD features to create your open_body
