Switching units in drafting?

OK, I'm doing something wrong, Trying to throw some simple dimensions on a hole. My part is in metric, but when I go into drafting everything is in inch....I selected the Si radio button, is there another switch to get my dimensions to metric?

I think, in Annotation preferences-units 'inches' option must have been switched on instead of millimeters.check that option, that must also be in millimeters.
