symbol interpretation

I don't see that the all around symbol is necessary or correctly used? Unless Im looking at this wrong.

My opinion is that you would be better off with two separate symbols.

Although you have arrow side and other side correct, the butt weld is not truly "other" side.

The devil is in the details; she also wears prada.
 
Gotta say, not 100% sure what I'm looking at, but...

Arrow side, fillet weld, appears correct, but is size needed?

Other side, square groove, appears correct if members surfaces are parallel, not beveled.
