I am investigating a "anomaly" that occured when performing a closed transition between commercial and local power sources. Extensive troubleshooting has failed to repeat the "anomaly" and I am wondering if modeling software exists that allows simulation of the synchronization process. I am specifically interested in software that allows the synchronization parameters (such as voltage magnitude, frequency, phase angle, total load, power factor, etc.) to be modeled for different parameters. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

We have previously studied some special conditions like synchronising as well as load transfering with a software called DIGSILENT.

It allows you to do a detailled modelling of all involved equipments and step by step determine the main variables (frecuency, voltage, and so on)

Regards
