I've been tasked to try and upgrade the firmware for this PLC and I've tried all the conventional methods given from the site with no luck. If anyone can assist with maybe some tips or a suggestion that would be great. Thank you!

We need more information.

What do you mean "upgrade the firmware"? Are you referring to the code that actually runs the TECO or the ladder logic a user has to create?

If you mean the TECO's internal code why are you trying to upgrade it?

First I'm no PLC guy per say but they are using this device to simulate a plant where we built a lab size demo to do testing with. From what I understand this device has 16 outputs and 4 inputs but additionally it has another block that is not accessible unless we can flash the firmware to a newer version. What I’m in need of is the additional inputs so I can accurately simulate the plant. The makers of this product no longer support this model and is unwilling to provide me assistance in flashing it with the exception of a download that only seem to fail every time I try, I am just looking for options. Please if you can provide any assistance I would appreciate it greatly.
