Thermal analysis related addin

Hi,
I have designed Al diecast housing. On this I mount PCBs with many Diodes (sources of heat). I need to verify if the heat sink fins on the housing is meeting the minimum requirements for heat decipation. Basically the whole system needs to maintain thermal equilibrium. Its natural convection system. No fluid or fans used.

Which similuation addin is more suitable for my application

1. Solidworks Simulation
2. Solidworks Flo Simulation
