I am looking for a polymer that will have as near as possible the similar coeffiecient of thermal expansion rate as alluminium. Any suggestions ?

Polymers will all be substantially higher.

As mentioned Matweb will help as will
A material with a lot of reinforcement will get as close as possible.

Also beware that polymers can be quite non linear in their thermal expansion.

It looks like my customer will now change the design of the part and glass filled PEEK of which we mould quite a bit already.

Thanks to all who replied.
