Hello everyone

I need to determine true temperature on a thermographic image that contains different materials, hence, different emisivity values. What I did is using Smartview software from Fluke (camera is a Fluke TiX500), I placed different temp markers and manually modified the emissivity values on all markers. Is my method OK? Any other advices on how to analyse this type of image? Thank you!
