Hi,
When I first opened UG19 for the first time and did a print, lines where normal than went in to manufacturing (which loaded the software) and now I get thick lines on everything I print in UG. Went into preferences and tried changing a few options and also into print properties, but nothing works. Had my profile cleared out and reinstalled on computer and printing would work fine until I went into Manufacturing. Seems like some kind of glitch in software. Can anybody help me with this. Thanks!

Where did you get UG V19 from? The version after V18 that was released by EDS is called UG NX V1. I did see some russian theives offering UG V19 for sale a while ago!

What actual version are you running?

For this type of problem call GTAC. (Unless you really did buy the stolen V19 version.)

I had this same problem with UG18. The solution I received from drafting was to decrease the size of the model window. First hit the restore down button in the upper right hand corner for the model viewing pane (not the entire UG interface). Then drag the corner of that pane to decrease the size of the window. Try and print. It should work. I haven't ran into this problem again.

What a great tip! I have always used the plot function instead of print for this reason. I tried it and it works great.
