I don't know the answer but it strikes me your question is ambiguous.

Do you want to know....
How long between tests?
Or
How long do you hold the pressure?

Usually 15 minutes - sometimes 30. Never heard of any hydro test lasting longer than 30. The majority of tests are held for 15 minutes.
