I am modelling a composite structure (I beam + concrete slab), i used brick elements for slab and shell elements for I beam, wondering how to 'tie' both components together (as the 'tie' function in abaqus) so that both components could act as single composite structure.

I am using DIANA FX Plus.

please advice.
