Hi All,

We have a sheet metal bracket has rectangular pattern of holes (8 x 8) for M12 bolt, on which an equipment weighing 800 kg will get mounted.
Pleas help me to do tolerance stack up for this assembly.

Regards
Vellingiri

Question: do you REALLY (and again REALLY) expect to get ANY answers for your question?

Yes, i am looking for some material for study and understand the stack up.
Some guidance from members

Then try to following book:
"Mechanical Tolerance Stackup and Analysis" by Bryan R. Fischer (Advanced Dimensional Management)"

I am sure other memmbers will give you other excellent materials for the stackup study.

That will be against the policy of this website (promoting and distribution of unlicenced materials)-End User License Agreement (EULA)

Well, the position tolerance analysis in appendix B of ASME Y14.5M-1994 may be adequate.

Posting guidelines faq731-376 (probably not aimed specifically at you)
