Transient analysis in abaqus

How do you link the steady state results to transient state analysis initial condition values in abaqus. I am new to abaqus. in solid works thermal analysis or Ansys thermal analysis performing transient with the steady state input is straight forward.

Just refer to the existing results in the Load module as Predefined Field.
